Actual real life, 5* fully licensed home boarding is available here! Yes live in, home boarding, in our cosy little home nestled in the North Yorkshire Moors. We provide a ‘home from home’ environment for your dog throughout its stay with us.

Your dog can get cosy in front of our roaring open fire on one of our snug and cosy dog beds during the winter months. Alternatively, they can go in our completely secure outdoor turnout area during summer and dig or chew to their hearts content, or spend all day helping me in the garden, admiring the outstanding view.

Walks consist of the best fresh air and the finest water straight off the moors. We walk come rain or shine! Dogs can be walked off the lead or on the lead, the choice is yours. For those rainy days when we can’t play out during the day, we have a toy box which consists of mounds of toys and balls, a snuffle matt and two licki matts to ensure enrichment!

We have a buddy system here, so we will match your dog with one of ours in terms of age, sex and temperament and we will walk them together. Which encourages play, socialisation and instils confidence.

You will receive daily updates (unless you request that we stop pestering you on your holiday).

During their rural retreat your dog will have its own individual room overnight and we can have Alexa play classical music, if your dog would like some background music whilst they sleep. Completely secure with CCTV surrounding the property.

The only requests we have are that your dog/s stay downstairs, are fully up to date with the usual (jabs & flea/ worming treatment) and that your dogs must be of good nature and temperament. We have a resident house dog and a toddler who of course take priority, it will only cause more hassle for you guys if you tell us porkies, when we have to call your emergency contact to collect your dog.

Surcharges apply for bank holidays. 50% deposits are required before your booking can be accepted.

The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferrable under any circumstances. The final full balance must be paid prior to collection.

All dogs must check in between 1:00pm – 5:00pm, all dogs checking out must be collected between 8:30am – 12:00pm. Additional fees will occur if dropped off or collected outside of these hours.
